Here is a tune I wrote using my new Gibson ES-335 into a BB preamp and then into my old trusty 1965 Fender Super Reverb.

I call it "Regatta".

i really enjoyed that tune man. those little jazz slides you use sound cool, and the background sounds colorful.

I like it Frank, you're a fine player and you always have a great tone. You lose me a little when you go into the fast runs, they seem to trivialize the track a little to my ears, but I love the long, languid phrases, shades of Larry Carlton, especially with the 335. Always a pleasure to hear your playing.

hell, i disagree. i think the fast runs are cool, and the palm-muted fast picking that progresses into choppy little trebly runs sounds real jazzy. if anything, arranging those fast runs in like little question and answer kind of patterns might make it a bit more interesting. in any case, i like different tempos in songs.
