Is there any apps out there for Apple devices that will allow me to remove the rhythm guitar/ lead guitar from a song? I am trying to overdub a song we do in church to see what it would sound like before I go live with it.....Any suggestions are apprecitated.....

Thanks,
Anthony

Apparently, according to the description. The trial is free, so it's worth a shot in any case.

Ok. I may have to try something like that. I think audacity lets you do it, but, I've never been able to figure that one out.

I have Riffstation it is pretty good for slowing down tunes and letting you isolate or remove the guitar from any track. Keep in mind if any other instrument is in the guitar's frequency rage they will be gone also. It will also try to interpret the chords of the song for you and display them. This is pretty hit or miss. It has trouble with inversions, Sus 4, 9th, 7th and 6th chords. If you put in an AC/DC or a "NEW" Country tune it will read it fairly well. Put in Steve Vai or Allan Holdsworth and the thing will flake out. Try the trial and see what you think for yourself.

yep i find that works with ultra basic songs but anything beyond the ''easy beats'' it struggles. A good concept but yeah it missed the mark for me. Glad i dint pay for it thats for sure.
