Replace OR Rewind pickup for my Guild M-65 Freshman ¾ Scale (Profile pic)

I am in the process of restoring my Guild M-65 Freshman ¾ Scale instrument and have to replace or rewind the pickup. I would like opinions on the replace or rewind question and if I replace, will a p-90 neck be suitable?

I'm not familiar at all with that guitar, and I think a lot of on here haven't seen one before. So it makes it hard to give an opinion about it. A few pictures of it will go a long way. Try posting a few pictures of it, and a few of us may be able to give you a better informed opinion.

The Franz pickups that look like P-90s that Guild used are not the same as P-90's and shouldn't be replaced with a P-90.

Have your Franz pickup rewound and get Curtis Novak to do it.

Curtis is a great winder and has done a lot of work with those pickups. He can get it fixed up and going for you!
