Hello,

I am new here and allready used the search but couldn't find anything about the following.

I want to change de original humbuckers on my epiphone custom with a set Seymour Duncan's

Does anyone heve a suggestion?

I play Alternative rock with sometimes a balled en sometimes heavy (not metal). i play over a Koch tube amp met a g0major from tc electronics in the effectloop.

I will be glad to see some suggestions from you guys and girls.

Hi. Welcome to the forum.

Is your guitar bright, or dark?

If you have a bright guitar, I'd get a Pearly Gates in the neck and a Custom or Custom 5 in the bridge. If you have a dark guitar, a jazz in the neck and a Screamin Demon in the bridge would be nice, as would a Pearly Gates set (my fave in a LP).

I would say the Hot Rodded set would be nice and versatile. I have it and it's nice! Otherwise, I need to know what wood the guitar is made from. I'm thinking Epiphone Custom = Maple + Mahogany probably.
