Replacement Ibanez Neck?

I have a S470DXQM with a bound rosewood 22 fret Wizard II neck that uses the AANJ pocket and is 56mm wide at that 22nd fret.

Unfortunately, the neck has warped over time and gradually twists up toward the high E string at the nut. I went looking around eBay and Google, but the results have been surprisingly thin. I even emailed Warmoth about it but they don't make that kind of neck.

Shoot, I'd be happy to find a plain-jane all maple neck if I could make it fit. Anyone have some advice on where to look?

Re: Replacement Ibanez Neck?

Check out Boyd's Guitar Warehouse or Rosmala Brad on eBay, they usually have Ibanez necks in the $100-200 bracket, depending on condition etc. Of course, you'd need 22 fret neck, as 24 fretters would make your scale/intonation all out of whack.

Also, I assume your guitar is MIK/MII, in which case look for a MIK/MII neck, because the holes for MIJ ones don't line up.

Happy hunting.
