The Duncan Custom will di the clean/dirty tones you mentioned, but for acoustic sounds, you'll need either piezos or a real acoustic.

Ya gotta look somewhere other than a magnetic pickup to get an acoustic sound out of an electric. The boss acoustic simulator works well enough...not at all like a well-miced quality acoustic guitar, but gives a good enough simulation for live stuff.

For most clean stuff I like to switch to the neck pickup. I've got a jazz in the neck of my les paul...sounds sweet as all hell.

For punk rock, check out the Custom, JB, Distortion, or Invader pickups from the duncan line. The duncan website has audio samples for its pickups...check those out.

For dirt, Ducan JB, Invader, Distortion, Custom and DiMarzio Super Distortion (my favorite).

For cleans, use the neck pickup, and maybe consider something along the lines of a Duncan 59 or Jazz in the neck.

For an acousticy sound, you'll have to look at something along the lines of piezo pickups....though selecting a nice neck pickup will probably get you close to what you're after.

I can get quite nice "acoustic like" sounds out of my texas hots, but they're Singlecoils unfortunately... but maybe something like an Alnico Pro can get you near? But I have to say I never tried that pup out so I can't really tell...
