Returning Matched Sets

If I were to buy a matched set like the everything axe, and thought that the jazz was too bright or the jb to nasally (hypothetically), could I return one of them with the regular policy?

Re: Returning Matched Sets

i doubt it man, you'd probably have to return them both..

but you could always hit the trading post and trade it for a pickup you like?

Re: Returning Matched Sets

Hi superreverb,

Thanks for the question. It was certainly one that came up when we rolled the sets out. The answer is yes, we will honor a single pickup 21 Day Exchange that came from a matched set. This decision is in accordance with the original policy that was set in stone when the company was first started - not every pickup works (with regard to tone) for everyone. Also, what a pain in the butt that would be if you liked 2/3 of a set but had to remove all 3 pickups then have to buy each individually!

Hope that clarifies the policy for you.

Thanks,
