Modulated Delay... if my only pedal out of those two I guess reverb because i don't like chorus dry but if I had a decent delay possibly chorus....

Reverb. But. I prefer my delay cuz i can get a solid reverb sound from it, switch a knob and get my delays
Chorus i prefer for bass guitars. They sound amazing fa sho for guitar, not denying it

Ha! Yes, I do. I like a small amount of reverb–just enough to have a little bit of overhang in between notes. And I like a light amount of chorus to add a small "watery" effect--not too much though. I use heavier reverb and chorus on my clean channels and lighter amounts on my distortion channels (on my Line 6 POD.) I've never turned them off on my Marshall amp.

reverb all the way... I like that sound of openness with subtle reverb. I never use chorus though, it always sounds cheesy to me when I use it.

I might use a touch of reverb, or a little, or some, or a slab, or whatever - but I'm using it. I turn ed the verb down yesterday for some Frehley stylings, but it's there.
Holy Grail was bought for my Pro Jr. IMMEDIATELY (as airy as that little box sounds...)

Both.... and one of my main goto amps does not have Reverb, so I have a Verbzilla & a Boss CE2.

I use both quite alot, so it'd be a hard choice if I actually had to make it...But the way I use chorus its barely there anyways. One of those "can't tell if its on or not, until I turn it off" sorta deals. A real thick, obvious chorus is just awful sounding. But a slight bit of it, just to add movement, or to sweeten up a clean sound, is alright.
Where as I use reverb more as an effect, not a "leave it on all the time" sorta thing. But more for adding dimension, and ambience. I don't use it subtley very often, not like most people do. But for a big wash of noise, or to create a weird looping drone in the background, or even to help a guitar part be less prominant so the bass/vocals/drums can be the main focal point.
So really, I could live without chorus just fine, despite using it more often than reverb. But when I do use reverb, its absolutely necessary. So I'd have to pick Reverb.

I've never owned a reverb pedal.
I use chorus on cleans. I swore off it for a number of years but I've started working it back into my sound.
I also use reverb on cleans, but only because it's built into my amp. If it weren't there I probably wouldn't buy a pedal to replace it.

Reverb hands down. I would choose delay over reverb if given the choice. An SD Shape Shifter, maybe, over a delay.

In an FX loop or straight into the front. Best bang for buck. I set it very subtle, and it's like I added Fender spring reverb.....or at least close enough for all practical purposes.

I just voted for Chorus because I like the way it sounds over Reverb. You can get more sounds out of a chorus pedal and the chorus can make your overdrive sound bigger without making it "too much going on" kinda sound.
Chorus is more versatile, you can use it clean or distorted.
