Roard Worn Player Tele w/59 Humbucker-Neck & Little 59 in Bridge???

I play Blues, Funk, R&R & Soul, been playing a Road Worn Player Tele for the last 5 years with the original 59 Humbucker in the neck and a STL-2 Hot Tele Lead bridge that replaced the original Tex Mex. I want to try a hum cancelling bridge P/U. I did try a Vintage Stack but not enough output. Also because I'm using more treble I'm finding the bridge to have to much high end so after reviewing Duncan tele hum cancelling P/U's the Little 59 seemed to fit the bill but thought I would get some opinions as to how they work together with the 59 neck an Alnico V & Little 59 Ceramic Bar and for the music played. Thanks

Re: Roard Worn Player Tele w/59 Humbucker-Neck & Little 59 in Bridge???

i'm not too sure about the little 59 bridge version for tele, but I have the little '59 neck version for strat (lol) and to my ears it sounds a lot like the full size '59 I had in the neck of my SG, in terms of responsiveness, EQ, and output level. The fact that the little '59 has a ceramic magnet didn't matter to me. It seems that SD managed to design it to still sound very much like the full sized version despite the changed form factor and magnet type.

I'd say they should be a good match in your tele.
