Rogue Herringbone Dreadnought Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar

does anyone here have experience with this guitar, or any of rogues acoustic electrics? i cant afford a taylor yet. (car payments) i need a good sounding, cheap acoustic electric. im going to be playing in my churches worship team and my shadow pup'd hohner has feedback. i could just mic it, but i need to me able to move around and i dont want to be huddled over a mic. is there a peddle or something that i can put in between my shadow pup and my amp that will kill or lessen the hum? i was looking at the rogue line of acoustic electrics, because of the price. i have heard good things about the quality getting better recently. im thinking of just using my toronado for the worship team.... :smack: but it doesnt exactly "fit the mold" of a worship team. i need an acoustic for my fingerstyle.
any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I would like to advise you to buy nothing from Rogue. If you want the very bottom of the barrell in quality, go for it. I am sure you can find a decent acoustic for a great price elsewhere.

Look at the lower end of the Yamaha line, Dean guitars, Ibanez, etc. Guitar Center was having a pretty big sale recently, and Musician' Friend is having a clearance sale as we speak.

Aside: What style of worship music are you playing? Instrumentation? PA setup?

We're pretty progressive, and we play contemporary worship music (mostly Hillsongs). Professional PA, Keys, bass, drums (electronic), acoustic guitar, rhythm guitar, lead guitar, small choir with front singers...but we're in a large building (seating capacity approximately 1500).
