What's up guys, can you guys tell me a little more about the RC30/60 before I go out and buy it? If possible, sound clips would be nice! :)

Re: Roland Cube 30/60

I have only briefly heard the 30, but I have played through the Micro, and the 15 myself.

The Micro is about the best $130 you can spend for an amp. It would be a FANTASTIC late night practice amp, b/c you can use batteries if nothing else!!

Anyways, the models on the 15, and 30 sound good, especially the cleans. The rectifier sounds alright. The closed back really gives this series some balls.

Re: Roland Cube 30/60

I had the cube 30 and a Vox ad30vt at the same time. i kept the vox and sold the cube. the cube is a good amp though. it has a great clean (the jc model) and it has more bottom, or thump, if you do palm muting than the vox. i didn't really find anything wrong with cube at all, i just liked the vox better. the effects sounded better to my ears, and i think the vox sounded better at lower volumes due to the knob on the back that reduces the wattage. but you should like the cubes, i got nothing to say bad about them.
