Sorry about that, but I needed the title to be a little more eye catching. This thread is about the Roland MicroCube and I would like some opinions if I could get some.

Damn im want one. Its cheap (125 bucks) small, battery powered, and has good tone(suprisingly). I could use this when I travel, hell it could even replace the old rogue. Let me know what you guys think.

All I can say is WOW. You just got me jonesing for one.

If those clips are accurate, that looks like one sweet portable amp. It has enough different tones to satisfy my needs and the sound quality of them is just incredible.

This sounds like it could be a new breakthrough for mini battery amps.

$125, not too shabby at all for what you get.

I bet with that line out option, it's a blast to record with. With only 2 watts of power, I don't think you have to worry about overdriving the mixer ;).

I know man, did you see how you could jam with a CD player? that was awesome man, walk around the whole house, just jamming to a backing track CD. I liked the tone as well, im going to try it out today after my lesson, see if its as good as it looks. I'll give you a review man, you seem to be the only one interested in this amp.

Well, I always thought those tiny battery powered things were cool, but they never had tone enough to warrant the ridiculous $30-$60 for one.

I think you're on to something, it looks amazing to me. I'd like to hear a review ;) (btw, is that amp solid state?)

I've tried one man, it's modeling I believe. It was very good, and actually fairly loud for 2 watts. The metal tones were really good actually, and cleans sounded damn good with a tad of chorus.

I just played one today, and I wasn't all that impressed.

Can't quite understand it. The clips online were great, maybe the guitar was just poor that I used (the PRS SAS). The cleans were decent, but nothing to write home about. The blackface didn't sound right to me. The British was kinda in the ballpark. The Marshall seemed lacking. However, I think it did a pretty good representation of a Mesa Recto.

I have to give it leeway considering this is a portable amp and its only 125 ;). For the money, it's not too shabby. Maybe with some more tweaking, I'd enjoy it more.

I played one yesterday, I thought it was awesome. Awesome cleans, I spend most of my time on the Triple Recto channel and the marshall stack though. Quality effects, and I thought the tone was awesome. I did bring my own guitar in though. It might not be the best amp, but its a huge step up from the rogue. Awesome metal tones out of it.
