Mission Amps (most noted for his 5E3 Tweed Deluxe, but now offering a line of 6L6-based Tweeds 30 watts? 2x10 Tweed Pro, 3x10 Tweed Bandmaster, and 1x15 Tweed Pro) Bruce's kits are well documented and his support is first rate.

Weber VST is offering a lot of kits these days. Their prices are really good, but they're just getting started. I've read from users that they are still working out the bugs on parts missing, etc. But all Ted's kits are offered with cabs and weber speakers.

All it really takes is a bit of patience and a few inexpensive tools. That and a healthy dose of common sense. But, wow, when you play one of your own creations, there's nothing quite like it.
