Rough but has promise?

Sorry but I only have a webcam and cheap mic so the recording is as is with some booming on some chords, also the playing and music go a little out of sync half way through. Oh well.

The tune needs some work yet but mainly with my playing technique. I have a very cheapo guitar and metal fingerpicks which take some handling. Smooth and delicate or hard attacking are quite difficult to carry out as the action is pretty high.

Anyways the tune was inspired from a radio interview I heard. I took a little snippet of the playing and created this tune around it.

PS: any tips on how to improve and also how to record / edit my videos would be much appreciated.

Well, I imagined some really rock vocals, your acoustic playing mixed with some overdriven slide and rock guitars, drums, vocals...yeah, I think it shows a LOT of promise. That's a rockin' tune you've got there. I imagine it with a mellow beginning, just the acoustic and some real bluesy, driving vocals, then building up and up and up. I can't help you with the recordings as I'm a babe in the woods with video, ha ha.
