Rub-a-dub Reverb Build.

As I promised the other week here is the beginning of a digital reverb pedal build using boards from 1776 effects

I've got the majority of the build finished i'm just missing one cap that I am going to grab from Maplin tomorrow as all of my 100ufs were low profile with 5mm pitch which is no good for either fitting on the board or matching the 2.5mm spacing.

Here's an initial pic when the resistors were done. notice the two stacked resistors which are a 1M & a 560k in parallel to get the required 360k.

I'm a bit anal with things such as that where i'll go through all the resistors until I get the exact value where possible.

And here is the final picture for today that has everything mounted other than the 100uf electro that i'm missing.

Notice I used Mica caps for the low pf values because I have a load of them to hand and they matched the board spacing perfectly. And it's just a bonus that they sound better than ceramics.

There will be more to follow tomorrow.

Now I just need to decide what to etch onto the enclosure graphics wise or if I should just keep it really simple. All suggestions are appreciated.

Sounds cool!

Interested to hear how it sounds when it's done.
