you can get a set onew from the CS for $140.00 each! Plus, a Holdsworth bridge is just a JB with an Alnico 2 magnet and 12 screws...

I'm confused. I have the AH-1 bridge pup. Everyone says its like the JB, and it does have higher output than what Allan likes. I heard his own 'custom' pups are actually closer to the '59N (lower output) and he puts that in the bridge (and that he never used his SD signature model). But MJ emailed the reply below and I'm not sure what she means by BOTH old school Allan's and the 59? Does anybody have any clue? Also are you sure that it is an Alnico 2? I always thought the AH-1 was Alnico 5.

The custom shop Allan are both the old school Allan's and the 59 that I use to do for Allan himself price $160.00 each or $300.00 for the set.

thats crazy. i had one. it was a nice pup. i sold it for $100 or something like that.
to me it sounded like a bigger warmer jb with less treble and bass, maybe a little less output
