What do you need to know? Samick was a division of SamSung,a Korean based company who at one time,were the world's largest supplier of electrical goods.
They didn't do a lot of advertising,but sold millions of guitars under many different brand names.
Their stuff ranged from absolute rubbish to gigable.
Check inside the control and pickup cavities for possible serial numbers, but whatever you find probably won't make the date any clearer. Most their numbers were plant and production run numbers.
This looks to be an early to mid 90's model.
Throw the pickups away,stick in a JB and a 59,and rock out!
I should mention in the early nineties (I think.....) They brought out Valley Arts Guitars to help establish the name in the US,and they produced some fine axes.
