Saving My Guitar

Re: Saving My Guitar

When I install this I am going to put it on straight (opposed to the angle gibson uses)

One of the problems I was having with this guitar is when I would use the trem the entire bridge (post and all) would rock back and forth. It is a recent development that was pretty much the nail in the coffin to rebuild the guitar from the ground up. I figured a rolling trem would fix this. Now if I could only get my hands on a rolling nut with a 12" radius I would be all set! I guess I will just have to settle for graphite.

...a normal Jag bridge is supposed to rock (and return to center to preserve intonation, similar in concept to a roller bridge... kind of), but if you had a TOM that might be a bit less than desirable :laugh2:

Well what really made me mad was it use to never rock then one day it started. I'm pretty sure the wood was giving out.
