SC Wiring - Ibanez RG

This is the CorTek SC switch in a 2000 RG. I cannot find a wiring diagram that shows this set up (specifically with 2 pins unused) ANYWHERE.

It's a two wire V7/ V8 (HH) setup with single Vol and Tone pots.

Has anyone seen this arrangement of wiring on the CorTek before, or should I assume someone has tried to do their own soldering job at some point and made a hash of the wiring?
