Schaller tailpiece on a stock bridge? Bc rich neck size *NEED HELP*

Re: Schaller tailpiece on a stock bridge? Bc rich neck size *NEED HELP*

I decided maybe I could take some epoxy putty like quikwood and mold it in the neck slot where it's too deep towards the pup. I'll put plastic wrap over the lump of the stuff then put the new neck up in the joint matching the fret position at 24 marked with that white arrow. Also instead of shimming with wood shims or the like I'll angle the neck between 3 and 5 degrees on top of the putty to act as a shim would. Also it will provide full contact and better tone that just shoving a pick in there. Also I'll use it to fill all the extra screw holes in the guitar and use it to assist in filling the trem cavity along with a wood block. Also helps with a chipped corner ;)

When the putty dries in the cavities neck joint and so on I can sand the bit that sticks out or is in the way/bulky.

It will be smooth and balanced in the neck joint. I can also use it to fill any gap on the sides of the neck joint too.

Good idea guys?
