Schecter C Elite/Neck heavy

Yo,
Played a Schecter Elite in the store today. Beautiful axe, great feel, even the Duncan Designs weren't bad, the only problem is that it was a little neck-heavy. For some reason I just can't do neck-heavy guitars.

Does anyone out there have an Elite? If so is yours neck heavy? Are there any remedies to make a neck heavy guitar balanced?

Woah WTF? A C being neck heavy??? never heard of that, on any strat style guitar!

True. I tried it with a Levys strap, which was sort of slippery and the neck dropped down. I was surprised as well.

I have an Explorer and the blance is perfect. It's spolied me.
