I want to hear from you about the quality of the MADE IN KOREA guitars from SCHECTER.
i had a jackson js-1 that was a ****ing great guitar, except for its woods.
they didn´t interact with the pickups itself.
always that muddy BASS/MIDDY sound
i installed 4 different pickusp with different sounds and it sounded the same in EQ, too much bass and mids and them overpowering the highs.
dimarzio evolution, dimarzio paf pro custom(from an yamaha pacifica), SD JB, Bill lawrence l500 xl.
all sounded the same in eq. but i could notice their tonal differences.
but the wood didn´t let me FIGURE OUT the mix sound of the pups and its wood .
the guitar was maple neck, poplar body and pau ferro or rosewood fretboard.
it was made in MALASYA OR INDONESIA.
Here´s my question. is that the same with Korea made in Guitars like schechters?
i Wanted a mahogany body, 24frets rosewood or ebony fretboard, and maple neck. floyd rose and 2 empty humbucker slots . so i can throw in my EMGS
CAN Anyone suggest a SCHECHTER guitar MODEL TO ME AND ANSWER MY QUESTIONS? I LOVED THE AVENGER. BUT THEY ARE NOT AVAIABLE ANYMORE AND NOT WITH THE FLOYD ROSE.
I´m About to trade my 2 guitars, red strat and red les paul for a Ibanez rg570 made in japan.. or another good offer here in brazil.
I WANT TO SIMULATE THE CARCASS - HEARTWORK TONE
