SD hot for Strat

I have a set of SD hot for Srat pickups with flat pole pieces. I'm building a neck using a Richlite fretboard that looks better if you use about a 9.5" radius on it. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried those pickups with that kind of radius and how did they sound.

Personally, I think if you are using anything higher than 7.25" for the radius, go with the flats.

I figured I would try them. I didn't think it would really be a problem anyway.
