SD Jazzmaster Quarter Pounder

Hey All

I just had a look at the SD Quarter Pounder for Jazzmaster. The pickup doesnt come with a cover (I assume I'd need to use my existing Jazzmaster covers) and the pole peices look flat, meaning they dont look as if they'd stick out thru the cover like the stock pickups. Is that how they're supposed to be installed? Under the stock cover without any pole peices sticking out?

...seems so? :smack: I don't know why they felt the need to do that on the QPs... for all the guitars... some huge tonal difference?
