SD pickup ID help please

Please take a look at the SD that is installed in the bridge of this 80's Schecter PT I recently located. If you can help me identify this pickup (the Dimarzio and pots as well), it would be greatly appreciated.

The pickup has adjustable pole pieces that look like allen head screws (large), and has a white sticker with black BL stamped on it.

The Duncan is an Invader. The oversized polepieces are a dead giveaway.

The DiMarzio could be one of several possible models. Resistance meter readings would narrow things down considerably.

Re: SD pickup ID help please

Can you tell me which wires to read? How long have the Invader's been around? Was told the pickups have been in the guitar since purchased used in 86. . . possible?

Re: SD pickup ID help please

Did a search and found a way to measure the pickups using the cord and got:

Dimarzio 13.50 / split 7.51
Seymour 16.10 / split 8.49

Does this help?

Re: SD pickup ID help please

The bridge is invader no doubt about that and the neck could very well be the famous super distortion.

If the neck has sort of middy tone and is super hot then it's probably super distortion.

The description of the neck is accurate, what I would call super quack!

Does the BL sticker indicate anything that would date the pickup. Sorry for being a PITA, but trying to verify the originality of the instrument, or at least date the pickups.

Confirmed the DiMarzio is a Dual Sound, the coil tap version of the Super Distortion. Wiring confirms the age.

Thanks Brown Note!
