SD switching diagrams

I just have a question! Why does SD recomend to have the neck pickup in the middle position of a 5 way switch??? It's just stupid.


Isn't this way most people want it!? Can someone plz link to at SD diagram with this pickup switching options please...

Doesn't look like a typical 5-way recommendation to me. But there are many ways to skin a cat.

Why did you assume this was the default wiring for duncan????
