Label says TI1BL.

i was going to say the tony iommi model that became the el diablo, but that was a blade pickup. were there 2 iommi models? it gets confusing.

Then…
Lets put it this was way. Then the decal is a Tommi Iommi, the pickup seems to be a TB-11 (the magnet should have blue marks).
Only thing i can confirm the decal was made between 1996 and 2001.

I'm leaning toward a typo on that one. I've seen typos like this before on the first generation printed-label pickups. I wouldn't be surprised if they were literally using a handheld label maker at that time. Either way, they were generating these labels in-house and there were some inconsistencies.
