You answered your own question already halfway. You asked whether a by Gibson invented pickup can be available with Fender style wiring. A bit like a Ferrari with a Porsche motor?
But no one will hold you back to buy a P90 and solder on some cloth covered 22awg wire. But remember: black wire to ground and white wire to hot, otherwise it would look odd.
