WOW 4 from Ibanez in the top 10!
Still say that the Prestige Artist AR 2000 and 3000 guitars built from 99-02 (mine is a 2000) are the absolute benchmark guitars of that type bar none!
Not to blow my own horn with the Artist but I owned several Artist from the 70's - 80's and these bury those so called "heyday" Artist. These Artist Prestige guitars are now out of production but were on par in every way with best of the best Historic CS Gibson Les Pauls and PRS private Stock guitars!! These are absolutely the best guitars that Ibanez ever built in the companies history. The quality of woods used and attention to detail is amazing and it's likely will never see anything of this caliber come from Ibanez again.
I mean have you ever seen things like the ROSEWOOD pickup rings and headstock + a top like this one ANY other Asian guitar?

^^ I imagine that J-Customs are easily on par with that but they're priced in the CS level. You're right tough, that Prestige level instruments don't typically reach this level.

I honestly dig EVERY guitar in this list.

That said - the Destroyer was a no-brainer choice for me.

Nope not right now. The Washburn MG 120 is it's = in that respect though and maybe the better with that Honduras mahogany body and Brazilian board, the tops on both are about = in 3D depth of figure.
