Just a stunning guitar!


This photo gives you just a hint at the holographic 3 D effect in this flame top it's the best top at this I have ever seen on any guitar at any price point EVER! The effect is amazing and this top was what sold me on this guitar. Had some sick flame tops over the years but none that came close to this one!

This was a harder poll for me as I was, including my own between 6 guitars.

In the end I chose based on the fact that 3 of the 6 were head and shoulders above the rest so their inclusion was more or less guaranteed.

BTW, my Patriot is actually a Spalted, FLAMED Maple top, here's a shot that although not as nice as the one on the poll better showcases the flame on the top:

On the other hand, the top here looks flat whereas the one on the poll showcases the arching of the top.
