Don't be so quick to discount the Washburn USA's. That Anderson is a killer and that's a fact but so are the Washburns.
In new production I would agree that the Anderson is one of the absolute best out there ( I rank Suhr as #1 the Andersons a close 2nd).
However the Washys give nothing up to both of them only thing is they stopped building them when Grover left in 96 and most here have never seen one. I bought my 1st one new in 96 and bought the 104 Keeper has new also as a NOS guitar so I know from experience how nice these really are.
Spent enough time with all of them to know them well.
My 1st one was this 95 MG 122 with an absolutely SICK quilt top that this old photo does not do justice to. I sold it like a fool to build a Carvin DC 135 in late 96.
