Yeah sometimes simplicity is best.. My favorite guitar is the black on black Telecaster Deluxe. I use one for its sound and playability but it's looks win me over too. Sound is what is important though and these P-basses got a great punchy tone

Ummm - what is the highest string on that. I'm not saying it is a guitar, but I don't know that it is a bass either....

It's tuned (or will be as I'm in the middle of restringing it) F000 to D# low to high using the ASB2-6 Steve Bailey Phase 2 6 string bass pickup for the bass-side and an AHB-1 8 string guitar pickup for the treble-side. Using an EMG Phase inverter to have them working as one.

I took the volume control out of it as I don't use any effects on any bass playing that I do.

It's the only correctly tuned single course 15 string bass that I know of. Other people have treble course strings like a 15 string (5x3) or 18 string (6x3).

I've designed a 21 string which may or may not ever get built but, hey - because, I can :)

Hamer USA Monaco bass I got last year. Chambered body, flame maple top, factory Seymour Duncan Phat Cat bass pickups.

bass.jpg this bass has been with me for years. i rebuilt this thing from the ground up and installed EMG Pickups. this thing is EVIL!!!!
