I think you may be hurting your chances with that pic. I'd retake it in some nice outdoor late afternoon lighting.

That's why I submitted 2 pics. Most of the time it just looks like the golden Korina color.. But with a flash, all this 3 D flame and quilt pops out, and the Korina appears a much darker mahogany color. I don't have time to take an outdoor pic till this weekend.

PRS only made 100 of them. I went to a PRS show where Paul and David Grissom hung out. Alot of guys were there with their $3000+ private stock, artist package, 10 top. I paid half of that yet it got the most attention at the show.

This is the SE that theodie stole from Gr8Scott and sold to me.

Gr8Scott lent it to theodie to try for awhile, theodie never paid him for it, theodie sold it to me. Gr8Scott has since declared the case "resolved."

I have had a beer with both of them, but not at the same time. Both are big scary dudes with teddy bear insides.

If you know it’s stolen, why not just return it to its rightful owner?

Thought I'd send everyone a heads up. TheOdie has more than paid for the amp and guitar plus a generous bit of interest to boot. I consider the matter very satisfactorily closed.

That said - this category is open to ANY and ALL PRS leveled axes. So - let's see that PRS pron that we so egregiously overlooked last time!

I think you missed my point on my thread entries.

PRS scaled length guitars. Most higher end boutique guitars are PRS clones. You just segregated a community. Guys with Warriors, Carvins, Mcnaughts, and quicksilvers, etc. Won't be able to play.

So is this PRS only or PRS style guitars with comparable quality? I have a Warrior that I think fits best in this category as opposed to a Gibson or Fender category, but the title is specifically PRS. Ace, can you clarify?

There should really be a "wildcard" category to catch anyone who is left out of the other ones.

It would also (hopefully) eliminate the whining.

I gave up on PRS. To me, they don't hold up to a good Fender or Gibson. Personal preference. Lots of guys swear by them! Nice guitars.

I said the same thing about Gibson. Too bad I committed to buying 2 or 3 PRSi a year for the forseeable future.

IMHO ( In my hubris opinion) there are so many top contenders running neck and neck, it could well come down to the best photo, and I'm not really TKO'd by by any of the pics so far, and some are mediocre. we need another thread on how to take a great guitar pic. Make that grain pop! Show that axe like its super glossy and brlliant. I love AudioWonderlands antrual PRS, but even though its a good photo, it deosnt make a staement. take it outside, in the right twilight lhgt, with fill falsh and lets see that thing come alive.
