For fun, I am posting this as I recently got the picture.
This is the Family Heirloom. 1954 Gibson ES-125. Currently in my brother's care, so not entering it technically. But this is the guitar I learned how to play on. Bestest baddest p90 ever...nothing else I have ever experienced is even close. All original except for tuners, my brother said the original buttons disintegrated since my Dad passed away. Story goes my Dad got this as payment for giving a hitchhiker a ride from VA beach to DC or something back then, along with some off brand tweed amp...how times have changed..... (that amp was dead by the time I was born. I have vague mental images of it being one of those angled front amps, and the baffles being broke/cracked from a drop or something).
It was strung with some Black Diamond strings of the period which were roughly the size of rebar for the wounds and concertina wire for the plains. Neck like a telephone pole from nut to neck joint. No wonder I have such heavy handed technique.
My vague recollection from past threads is only one per person, but go by what the OP says.
If there's indeed just one per person, I reckon this is mine (though I have more than one semi/hollow as well):
'97 MIK Epi fully hollow, Casino, from the Peerless factory. With Bigsby, black covers and a Rio Grande in the neck. The fifth knob added closest to the pickups is a master volume (as appears on the lower horn of Gretsches).
Lots of fancy looking and beautiful guitars here so far. The competition is fierce! While I doubt she will be selected as she doesn't have the cache of Gibson or Hamer and lacks the amazing finish and beautiful top of many here, this is my entry. Charlotte here is simple, elegant, classy. All black with white accents screams rock.
