Searching for a couple pickups...

I apologize for asking this on a Duncan forum, but I’m possibly looking for a couple of Dimarzio pickups with the chrome toppers (chrome bobbins). They are listed on the website but incredibly hard to find. I assume it’s a special order… anyone know who to contact?

Don’t worry, this is only an experiment and I still consider myself to be a Duncan man.

On ebay I have seen stick on bobbin toppers that are chrome. Although you might need to raise the poles a little bit and then lower the pickup to have the same spacing.

Damn, I hope they aren’t implying that the chrome toppers are an additional $60 per pickup. If that’s the case, consider the experiment failed before taking off. Yeesh.
