Cool, I think that's probably the amp that is most geared toward your vibe/sound.
I totally agree. It was a toss-up between Splawn, Roccaforte, and Matamp, actually. Matamp has no amps that I can actually play, so that was out, and Doug Roccaforte was incredibly difficult to deal with. (Won't go into details here) Scott is totally down to earth, a real Southern Gentleman.

I love me a modded Marshall, so Splawns are what Marshall could have been, but fell far short of. When is Jim Marshall going to realize that Splawn, Bogner, Mojave, and Blockhead just ate his lunch??? When?? LOL
I really think it would be great to put an open letter to Marshall in Guitar World and similar magazines worldwide. Big, full-page ad, like they do in Billboard magazine when they're slagging a film star! :)

When we played with Lynch Mod, he was using a Mojave head for some of his tones ... that thing smokes!!!

I love the Rising Sun Graphic! That's amazing, man! I really wanted one of those Charvel Rising Sun Journeyman guitars. Maybe you could get one and match.

Re: Secured SPLAWN artist endorsement/ordered amp

This should be interesting, I'm guessing it'll be the best amp you own, especially for your style :)

Re: Secured SPLAWN artist endorsement/ordered amp

Awesome! -everything I've heard from those amps impresses me.

joe if you said it once you said it 1000 times but jim ain't listening . too bad because all of these people have just takin over maybe not sales wise but tone wise they (geranimo / splawn / bray / aiken / roccaforte / ect) KILL what marshall is selling now .

Marshall has the name and the reputation though.

Some of that other stuff is so overtly metal sounding that I won't even look at it. Too bad it might be some good stuff. I'm mostly a vintage kinda guy anyway.

Let me know too... I live maybe 5-10 minutes away from Shred-dog, depending upon how deep into wolcott he is! I'll be there if you play a show in CT

Ben...if you want me to go over to Scotts shop and check on your new baby, bang a few licks thru it, or put the first ding in the tolex, let me know. I'm out that way 2-3 times a week.

Congrats.
