semihollow vs. solid body?

Has anyone compared the new PRS SE semihollows to the normal PRS SE solidbody guitars? What are some of the tonal differences? Or what should be some of the tonal differences. I'm looking into getting a new guitar and noticed that I have no hollowbody of any sort in my collection (besides an acoustic, but that doesn't count in my book). I really don't even know if it is a sound I am looking for. Any advise/experience/observations with this would be great. Thanks.

I have not played the PRS in question, but I did hear people on a different forum saying that they actually sounded closer to a solid body than the traditional 335 style semi hollow. I cannot vouch for that.
