Series/parallel super switch wiring diagram needed

Hi guys.
I'm looking to add a series/parallel option to an HSS guitar without a push/pull as I hate them. I'm guessing it should be possible with a super switch.

Ideally I'm wanting:
1. Bridge series
2. Bridge parallel
3. Bridge split with middle
4. Middle and neck
5. Neck

Could anyone help me with a wiring diagram?
