Set neck

This can sound stupid, dunno, but will i ever need to adjust my set neck guitar?
I like to mess around tuning a whole step down and then back to standard a couple of times a day...

With a set neck just about the only adjustment (truss rod) you can do is make sure you have enough relief in it so that it doesn't 'fret out' or that the strings aren't uncomfortably high off of the center area of the neck- it's mostly adjusted to taste- there are numerous articles on the net on how to adjust the truss rod. You can even find this adjustment procedure at the Gibson website.
