A semi-hollowbody will feedback before the pups will, unless you're using gobs of gain. Unpotted pups also sound better in that app, too IMO. I vote Seths.

Re: Seth Lover vs 36th Anniversary vs. Burstbuckers
I have Seths in one of my Les Pauls Supremes. This guitar is chambered, though the top is solid. I use mostly a Mesa Mark IV with a classic rock/blues G/K/B/D band. The Seths sound great, big improvement over the stock 490r/498t set. When I have gotten feedback with the Seths, it has always been musical and controllable.

Howdy,
Never owned a Seth Lover, but I just get the feeling that I'd dig 'em in my 335, especially the bridge. FWIW, I've got a 36th Anni PAF in the bridge of my 335 and I like it.

This video was the one that convinced me that the Seth Lover was the right choice for my ESP Edwards 335 clone. They sound great if you want that vintage 335 tone.
