setting up a 10-16 guitar

Hey!
I have a 6-screw tremolo strat with a 10-16 warmoth neck,how do I check for high/low frets if the radius is not a strait one,can I use a fret rocker?
also,how to I set up the saddle height(since I can't simply set it up like a regular strat),and how do I check for neck straightness(since I can't use a straightedge like I usually do)

Think of a compound radius fretboard as a part of a cone. If you go straight "down" the side of the cone, you can take advantage of the straight edge and rocker just like on a fixed radius board.

The bridge radius will be about 18 to get consistent string heights also.
