Seymour Duncan Convertable 100

I was under the impression that all the "convertable" amps had "modules" or could use "modules" - - Is this true or do some not have modules?

If there are "different" models - ones with and ones without modules, Can anyone tell me the difference? The difference in sound? Heck, can anyone tell me what these amps sound like?

All the 100's I ever saw had modules, that was the premise of the "Convertible". I owned one for a few years, cool amp but mine was very flakey.

VERY FLAKEY INDEED

It had a cool sound and was very woody
It was somewhat 80s / JCM 800 / Mark 2c+ hybrid in it's gain. Very unique.
