I have a roackmount head. Has been DEAD for a long time. I have 9 modules. A guy locally said he would sell me his very clean head for $200 without the modules.
It's been sooooo long I don't even remember how these sound with Normal and maybe one presence or normal plus the high gain or classic mods in there. I can't remember the gain to save my life. I used them with only 2 cabs really, one being a G12K-85, the other an Altec 417B. I remember liking it, but it never took pedals too well.
Any thoughts or input? Are they as unreliable as I remember?
