Seymour Duncan Hot Rails for Tele diagram HELP!!!

Hi friends.I need your help here.I want to wire my tele and i have 2 pots 500k.One of them is a push pull.I want to split the coils with the push pull pot at the TONE position and use the volume pot only for volume.I ve also made a mod and i have a 3 way toggle switch like Les Pauls (at the position where the Les Pauls have it.)instead of the classic 3 way switch tele uses.It would be great idf someone can make the diagram for me as the only thing i know about electronics is to soldier some wires!!!!Thanks in advance and excuse my english.
