Seymour Duncan Liberator Help!

Hi guys,

Few days ago, I bought a S.Duncan Liberator 500k volume potantiometer. However, I couldn't find an appropriate diagram for this. My electric guitar has H-S-S pickup system, 1 volume -1 tone 5 way switch..

I need a suitable wiring diagram.

I really need help about that.. Any suggestions, ideas?
