Seymour Duncan made in America vs made in USA

What difference is between America and USA models?
I always saw made in America.
But lately I bought hot rod set and are made in USA.

I'm guessing USA is a cheaper stamp.

I haven't seen that smaller USA stamp before. Even looks like a misstrike, with double edges.

I am surprised. The baseplates look correct, except for that. I'm a bit puzzled.

On Darth Phineas i found a few jb with made in USA, but has older version polepieces, without screw tak.

I wrote mail to Seymour Duncan support.
From the first photos they said it was original OEM.
I got this pickups now, and i send more photos to make sure.
I'm posting it here too, what do you think?

I got a reply to the new photos.
Mr Jeff C. from Seymour Duncan support says they are original OEM and they are the same like standard.
