I'm sure 99.9 out of 100 times there would never be an issue. I didn't purchase the rewind service from the main site, so that may have played a factor. There was no order number generated to track it through the system, at least as far as I know. Just a box from me with a note to MJ could have ended up anywhere. I didn't send it with tracking either... so shame on me. That box could be anywhere.
Yes, you do take a marginal risk anytime you send something important through the mail. SD is reputable enough that I'd do it again without hesitation. I sure wasn't upset at MJ over it. Hell, she may have never received it. What she did though, speaks volumes about what kind of company SD is. They didn't have to replace it, but they did. Without hesitation.
