I am wanting to buy a Triple Shot ring set for an Ibanez ASV93 semi hollow body (335 thinline type) guitar.

Please can you advise me on whether to get the flat or carved/arched version?

The easiest thing to do is look at your current rings (or post a few pics of them).

From the looks of it, get the curved ones.
