sh-10/sh-6 for thrash heavy metal?

Hello!:)

I am looking for pickups to put into my new guitar (Ibanez s520ex).
I also have a Schecter C1 classic with 2 EMG85s which I love, however, I want this guitar to have passive pickups. I play thrash/heavy metal with the influences Megadeth, In Flames, Children Of Bodom, Pantera, and such. To get an idea of my sound and style, you can listen to my music in my sig if you like. So far I am looking at the sh-10 and sh-6 for either/both positions. Here is what I'm looking for in the pickups:

Bridge: I like emg85, but I am looking for something a little different. I want clarity, lots of attack, moderate-high output, and a sort of vocal low-mid emphasis. It is important to me that the pickup is not too muddy.

Neck: I will mainly be using the neck position for leads. I love the warm thick leads of the emg85 and I am looking for something similar, also more vocal.

What pickups would you recommend me? Any input is greatly appreciated, I know this is a long, painful thread, so I'll end with this guy>

to be perfectly honest, the SH-5 custom would probably be your best choice in the bridge position. the full shred (sh-10) i think would have too much highs for what you want, and while the distortion (sh-6) is a great pickup, i think the custom would be a lot more similar to the EMG 85 than the distortion would. the distortion wouldnt be anywhere near as warm i dont think.

I love the full shred i got in my super-tele...its a bit different from the "standard" humbucker sound though. Its got a real "vowel-like" quality to it when playing single-note riffs...real nice.

The distortion is crunchy as all hell, but sometimes it can sound a bit "fizzy" to my ears. Still a great pickup though...pretty high-output.

The custom is also a great pickup, balls to the wall in-your-face crunch. The only thing I don't like about it is the "stiffness" that it can sometimes seem to have. This is pretty well fixed by swapping out the ceramic magnet with an alnico 8 magnet though. The custom 8 is my favorite pickup.

Well I'm not looking to get as close to the emg85 as i can, otherwise I would just buy another one. I'm looking for a different flavor. I haven't really liked the Custom clips i've heard so far, but I liked all of the Distortion clips i've heard.

Let me make it easy for you:
SH-6b Distortion for the bridge
SH-10n Full Shred for the neck

This is my favorite passive set-up. Powerful, clear and articulate.
If you like to play leads in the neck position, the Full Shred is THE pick-up for you, bar none. The Distortion in the bridge is similar to the EMG-85 but thicker without being muddy and with a tad more high end.
