Can you turn a Jazz into a FSn by replacing the poles?

No. The slugs in the jazz give it a different vibe.

It's all about the attack/feel IMO. I swap them around, depending on the guitar. Right now I have 3 hexpoles under the bass strings and 9 filisters.
